[Echoes] is really soulful and majestic. I think it connects you with the universe and outer space, and makes you realise that you are not the only life in this universe.

This is my endorsement of Atmos’ EP. It’s a really beautiful inspirational collection. I find it really soothing when I’m in my studio and working on my artwork. Some really beautiful melodies and instrumental sections. [It is] really original. It helps me focus on my painting and where I am at the moment, and [it] just takes me off into another world. It reflects Atmos’ personality, which is really calming and [a] mellow kind of aura. [It is] really beautiful.

I really like it. [Echoes] is basically the perfect EP for literally lying in a darkened room with headphones on and just drifting off into another galaxy. If you are a fan of Brian Eno-esque soundscapes you’ll probably love it. I suggest that you all go out and have a listen because [Echoes] is definitely worth listening to.

I love the fact that it’s very ambient and experimental. Each title represents exactly how the track sounds like. I love how eerie it is and how you can picture it as being in a sci-fi movie. I like the fact that it’s different from the rest because it’s very unique. It has very intricate and detailed sounds that are added onto it layer by layer. It’s like you’re being taken into a completely different world. You should definitely check it out. I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did.

[Echoes] is a great example of fantastic storytelling told within five tracks that don’t have any lyrics and is just personified through great sound design. The story arc that is played throughout Echoes essentially places us, the listeners (either through headphones or even if we are outside looking at the stars ourselves in real-life), going through this journey from one dimension to another and the intensity of that journey–which is best personified in the track “Parallel Dimension”. [“Parallel Dimension”] certainly showcases the raw atmosphere and tone that would be expected on such a journey. I definitely recommend that you check out Atmos’ debut EP [Echoes].

⭐⭐⭐⭐

Echoes struck me rather quickly as an intentionally visual EP. Throughout the fifteen minute run-time I sat on my bed with my eyes closed and imagined everything from floating through space to waking up on an unknown land to discovering the remnants of a long-dead civilisation. Sounds that helped to shape these thoughts range from dissonant to serene, and in many places successfully merged a profound and clear love for experimentation, with a subtle musicality that kept things from losing the emotional touch that underlined every track. Every unique riff was impeccably mixed and only grew more distinct when played alongside other ideas, resulting in a constantly changing ambience that clearly emphasised atmosphere as its core philosophy. I felt that [Echoes] would be treasured most by fans of film and modern game soundtracks, though for anyone outside of those demographics, the gentle nature of certain passages may also lend themselves to aid in relaxing or studying.
